Masters lacrosse in BC follows the BCLA rule book as well as the following additional rules:

Equipment: |
|
Runners are not allowed hard shell shoulder caps and no plastic kidney/rib pads |

| Play: |
|
Cross checking permitted with hands together for glove on opponent contact only. |
|
First player to loose ball gets automatic control of ball. |
|
No dangerous shots. Any shots hitting a defender outside of the goalie will result in a 2 minute minor. |
