5th Annual Masters Lacrosse Ice Breaker Tourney
The North Shore Cowboys hosted their 5th Annual Ice Breaker Tournament again this past spring in what has become the official opening of the BC Masters season. The tournament
will be featuring some of the best that BC has to offer in both Division 1 and 2 classes.
This year we saw both Division 1 and 2 go at it with Division 1 involving the North Shore Cowboys who lost narrowly to the Coasters last year in the gold medal game. Also the Pioneers return after winning Bronze last year to join Poco Hitmen Team #1.
In Division 2 had the defending champions Surrey Firefights return in hopes of once again fighting off the South Fraser Stickmen who finished with Silver last year. However it was the Stickmen that defeated Poco for the gold and their first ever tournament win. Rounding out the division was the Surrey Firefighters taking on the Vancouver Justice.
